We ship “FOB origin”

This means the buyer gains ownership of the artwork as soon as it’s dropped off to the shipper. Shipping costs were included in your gallery purchase price and will be refunded if purchased by the buyer.

Since our pricing includes shipping we will work with you to determine your best shipping options. We will issue you a refund of shipping costs that you incur.

It is very important you inspect your order upon arrival. In the very rare situation where your order would arrive damaged, we will replace a giclee with a new one, and in the event of damage to an original work, we will issue a full refund. In the event of glass breakage (which is the most likely to happen), we will help you locate a local frame shop to replace the glass.

We do kindly ask that you inspect all shipments upon arrival. All damages must be reported to us within 5 business days in order to qualify for a giclee replacement; in the case of original works, a refund.

If an item is found damaged, please retain all packaging until our shipper can collect the items. Original works ship freight and it is required that any damage to the actual item or to the packaging for the item be clearly written on the delivery slip. Please thoroughly inspect all freight shipments upon arrival and before signing the delivery slip.

For freight shipments, please thoroughly inspect the entire shipment and make a note on the delivery slip of any damage to the exterior of the shipment or the contents of the shipment. Any damage must be marked on the delivery slip. If you are unable to inspect the contents of the shipment at time of delivery, please mark “Damaged – Further Inspection Pending” on the delivery slip and notify us immediately of any damage.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to honor any damage claims if damage to the package is not noted on the delivery slip at time of delivery and if we are not notified of any damage. If damage is found, it is necessary that all packaging and contents of the shipment is held until the claim is finalized.
